Therapeutic Massage is offered as a 60 or 90 minute session. Customized to your needs of relaxing or to address areas of pain. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. 

Included at no extra charge as deemed necessary by therapist:

20 minute red light/infrared light treatment, hot stones or synergy stones, cupping, or VaccuTherapy cupping, cold pain treatment, Extra strength professional grade CBD, Arnic, or Tiger Balm.  

Therapeutic Cupping is a customized service that combines hands-on massage with manual cupping techniques to address areas of pain and dysfunction. Cup marks are possible depending level of treatment needed. These marks are not bruises and will fade within a few days. Pain relief oil, heat or cold treatment may be utilized.

This treatment can also be use for post-surgical scars from procedures such as plastic surgery, or joint replacement. Scar tissue is formed by collagen fibers after an incision or injury.  It can take up to 2 years before the area is fully healed and 6-8 weeks to remodel scar tissue.  Scar tissue can cause skin to become short and tight decreasing range of motion and function to the area. It can also cause pain, nerve impingement, and numbness.  Treatment of scar tissue can usually be started 2 weeks post-surgery, or whenever your doctor recommends.  

MediCupping TM VacuTherapy is wonderful for improving circulation, breaking up cellulite, nervous system sedation, decreasing pain and inflammation, lymphatic drainage, opening chest and lungs, constipation/bloating, soft tissue restriction release, and plantar fasciitis pain. The MC-600 machine allows for a fully customized session from cup size to treatment settings. Light suction can be utilized for gentle treatment and increased suction enables deep tissue release. 

30 minute mini cupping session is ideal for acute sports injury/pain. This is great for teens that play on a sports team at school. It will help decrease pain and increase range of motion. Parent or guardian must accompany any client under age 17.

45 minute upper body massage concentrates on relaxing neck, shoulders, and back muscles that are frequent areas of tension and pain.

Warm towels, 20 minute red light/infrared therapy treatment,  hot stones, cold stones/cold pack, or synergy stones, cupping, VaccuTherapy cupping, vibration therapy, extra strength professional grade topical CBD or other pain relief ointment.  A series of sessions may be recommended depending on the severity of your pain. Hips may be stretched and balanced as needed with this treatment. This is one of my most popular massage treatment sessions!

Lymphatic Drainage Immune Boost treatment This soothing, gentle service is a great way to boost your immune system as it encourages the flow of lymph fluid to lymph nodes for cleansing.  Vodder technique is used. 

Post surgical lymphatic drainage and gentle cupping is for clients having recently undergone cosmetic surgery for procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt-lift (BBL), arm lift, breast reduction/augmentation/mastectomy. Post-surgical massage for these services is extremely important to move and drain fluid, stimulate circulation, and help prevent complications such as fibrosis and seromas. Massage will aid in the healing process and help you to achieve your best possible results.  Treatments are generally relaxing and help to decrease pain and discomfort.

A physical assessment will be done by a licensed nurse at your first session.  Incisions will be monitored for infection and proper healing. Suture and drainage tube removal services are provided by a Registered Nurse.  6 weeks post surgery, scar tissue cupping can begin to flatten scar tissue and improve it's appearance.  Treatment sessions also include lymphatic massage, VacuTherapy cupping for areas that received lipo, red light/infrared light treatment to accelerate healing on a cellular level, and cavitation.  Therapeutic ultrasound will be available August 2022, for 45 and 60 minute sessions.

Lymphatic drainage and cupping massage is also beneficial before surgery to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems, release restrictions in the fascia, and promote relaxation. 

Ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency treatments are used to help contour the body, especially in conjunction with cosmetic surgery.  Ultrasound helps to reduce fat cells to a liquid state to be flushed out of the body. Radio frequency is a relaxing treatment where heat penetrates into the deep layers of the skin to expand collagen and stimulate growth. This results in tighter, toned, skin to reduce appearance of lines and wrinkles.  These treatments are often recommended after cosmetic surgery to enhance results.  Face, abdomen, thighs, arms, and back are frequently treated. 30 and 60 minutes sessions available.Clients are losing an average of 1/2 to 3 inches in just ONE, 30 minute treatment session.  Package deals are also available for increased savings. Complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema. Intensive phase consists of manual lymphatic drainage massage, bandaging affected area, exercise, skin and nail care, compression garments. Clients are taken on a case-by-case basis depending on ability to commit to frequent treatment sessions.
