Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $40.00 rescheduling fee. This amount will be charged to a card on file or must be paid at the time of your next scheduled appointment. Management reserves the right to waive or decrease charges.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service and prepay for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Refund policy
Refunds will not be issued for prepaid package deals. Unused balances may be applied toward any future services or may be issued in the form of a gift certificate that the client may gift to another person. Any pre-paid service that is canceled by the therapist will be rebooked to a different day/time. If a client has concerns or is not satisfied with a massage service those concerns must be made known to management. A different service of equal time may be offered on a one time basis to the client.
