Tammy has worked with adults and children for over 23 years in her role as a professional nurse.  As a nurse, she has always believed strongly in the importance and power of therapeutic touch. By specializing in working with clients who have lymphatic issues as well as cosmetic surgery clients, she is excited to be able to combine her skills as a Registered Nurse, Massage Therapist, and Certified Lymphatic Therapist.  Having had her first cosmetic surgery 20 years ago and her second in 2022, She has first hand knowledge of the journey her clients are on. 

After graduating from North Texas School of Swedish Massage in 2017, Tammy was privileged to join the faculty as an adjunct instructor.  During her time as a student at NTSSM, she was able to take advanced training in Rich Therapeutic Techniques or RTT TM.  Current certifications include, Lypossage TM, Pediatric Massage, ACE Massage cupping, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, which was received after completing a 135 hour training program through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She is proud to hold professional licenses in the state of Texas as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor, and Continuing Education provider for LMT's.  She also a certified BLS and Heartsaver CPR instructor through American Heart Association. 1:1 and group classes offered. Professional Memberships include Associated Body Work & Massage Professionals. and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.

 

Selina Prater, LMT has been a licensed massage therapist for eight years. We are thrilled to have her as our new independent therapist. During her career she has worked at top end spas as well as having her own massage practice. She is currently accepting new clients on Tuesday's and Thursday's.  Selina specializes in Swedish massage, cupping, myofascial decompression therapy, and trigger point release. She also offers hot stone, full body CBD massage, paraffin wax treatments, sugar body scrubs, and body contouring for inch loss and tightening.
